It’s been over a year since my last blog post, but I have been busy in many other ways, learning new skills, (check out my store!) investing in equipment, and attempting to market myself. I’m active on Instagram via @dbennett.metalwork, but don’t spend nearly enough time documenting my work and generating content. Slowly, I’m working to change that.

With a clean and organized studio, I’m able to enjoy simple things, like moving around, and having somewhere to place a cup of coffee. I’m also able to better document my progress, and invite others to see my process. To that end, I made a YouTube channel, Forging a Dream. It’s a modest beginning with one video, the obligatory studio tour. I will build on this playlist with a variety of jewelry related content, from design to production. I hope you enjoy!
